Signed by Yde on the limitation page. Yde, the acclaimed chef at Kiin Kiin in Copenhagen, here presents an investigation of his own murder, which involves various restaurants and the Hong Kong mob. Achiam's photos punctuated by various recipes and poetic musings on food create a foodie cult book rivaling Dali's Les Diners de Gala. Condition of this book: Near fine with scuff marks to the covers.

It was repeatedly honored as the world's greatest restaurant before it closed in summer 2011. The closing added to the importance of these books.
